I’ll keep this short and sweet (pun intended – and it won’t even count against your daily calories!). I have “attended” some of the health webinars put on by this organization. They look for the top professionals around the world with the latest and most in-depth research and present it. The webinars are free. Last summer while they were doing the brain health webinars, I cleaned my basement as I listened. Later I decided to buy the entire series on a flash drive as dementia, strokes, and other brain issues are common in my family. The cost was nominal, unlike many of the programs out there.
